Founder & People Operations Director, Hong Kong

Aurélie is the founder of Frenchpulse and is currently acting as People Operations Director of Hong Kong. She is responsible for the company’s vision & worldwide strategies, including people management as well as the day-to-day HK operations & finances.
She settled in Hong Kong in 2011 where she worked at the French Chamber of Commerce and came about caring for the French-speaking community living abroad.
With a passion for digital, she believes old-fashion recruitment methods such as job boards and consultancies are no longer relevant and companies could benefit much more from using social to grow their team and maintain control over their selection.
Late 2014, she came up with the concept of Frenchpulse and worked for 2 years to build and release the beta version of the platform before growing her team in December 2016.

As People Operations Director of Singapore, Dolora is responsible to oversee the daily operations of the company including growing our network of companies and our team locally.
Dolora is an inspiring expert HR leader with a sound knowledge of the Asian market and dynamism, where she relocated since 2008.
She started her career in France in the telecommunications industry at Orange (CAC 40) and then moved to the Luxury industry at Christian Dior. Because of her strong global understanding of how SMEs and Large companies operate she was invited to join a top Asia recruitment firm to assess, identify and recruit top executives in Hong Kong.
Armed with this experience she became Head of Recruitment and Training Department of the French Chamber of Commerce where she further developed her excellent understanding of business needs in all industry sectors.
She has a passion for people. Natural mentor and communicator, she was able to coach a wide number of business leaders by understanding their qualifications, talents and potential!

Stephane as the IT & Business Solution Manager is responsible for overseeing all business needs in term of technology and communication by providing the best business solutions at all times.
Originated from South America where he grew up, Stephane has spent many years studying and working abroad (France, UK, China and lately Hong Kong), where he developed his expertise in infrastructure and database management in complex and diverse environments. He has a passion for tech and graduated from Oxford with a Master in computer science.
